As an aviation enthusiast and an avid flyer, Todd chose an aviation term for the name of his new company. In the early days of aviation, railroad tracks provided a dependable means of surface navigation and were known as the Iron Compass. As a sign of dependability, strength, direction and longevity, Iron Compass embodies the mission to deliver quality real estate products.
